Iquitos, Peru
The Amazon River

There was a village to show tourists about the natives.
Yagua Indians of Peru

I remember the brightly colored butterflies and birds.

Louis was brave and swam in the river with the Piranha!
But that was not the danger.

The river looked slow and lazy, but the current was really
strong and I thought he would never mate it back to the
dock when he jumped in.

I can remember just relaxing on the verandah im a hammock
during the heat of the day when he did.
